The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not modify, redistribute, or resell the App without our prior written permission. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets the requirements for GPU-accelerated visual processing.
The App provides two modes for visualizing sound data:
In both modes, only instantaneous sound energy levels (numeric amplitude data) are processed to drive the visualizations. No identifiable voice, music, or content is captured or stored.
The App includes an optional feature allowing you to record system audio only (background audio played by your device). This feature is entirely user-initiated and is intended for saving your visualizer sessions.
This feature does not run automatically and only activates when you explicitly start a recording.
Note: The App processes numeric sound-level values locally. No raw microphone audio data is transmitted, recorded, or uploaded to any server.

The App uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help improve the App. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar technologies according to Google's policies.
We also store some application data locally on your device (for example: settings, counters, or user preferences). This local data does not leave your device and is not used to identify you personally.

If you choose to send feedback or a support request, we may collect your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. We will not share that information for marketing purposes.
This application relies on GPU acceleration and intensive visual processing. On lower-end or older devices, performance may be reduced. Use at your own discretion and avoid prolonged continuous sessions.
Some visual effects include fast motion and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to these effects (for example, if you have photosensitive epilepsy), please use caution or discontinue use.
You use the App at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to health effects, data loss, or hardware damage.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
